Ensure smooth management of four clients and five online product brands through an XD design and content team and coordinate with off- and onshore development teams. Enable customers to self-manage their loans online by overseeing design and content for client websites. Carry out in-depth research and designs for mobile applications, new product features, and marketing campaigns.

  • Managed an inter-departmental effort to map the client’s customer journey on website(s), and marketing touchpoints, resulting in new website designs and communication cadences that improve the VIP experience.
  • Shortened the VIP conversion journey from 11 to 5 screens and exceeded the departmental goal of 80% organic VIP reactivation volume by 4%.
  • Segmented the VIP addressable market and created targeted messaging to those segments. This doubled the client’s email click rates and increased average open rates by a similar percentage.
  • Planned, created, and coordinated omnichannel marketing campaigns using email, SMS, retargeting banners, and call center agent scripts increasing response rates to inactive VIP customer segments.
  • Created awareness and actionable insights by researching user data from multiple platforms: Google Analytics, Domo, and Crazy Egg.
  • Added 1,091 conversions and $1.4M profit by creating a new conversion flow from existing processes and a minimum of company resources.

It’s curiosity that leads a designer to explore trends and what layout, font or message works best. Curiosity is what keeps me moving forward. It was curiosity that led me toward digital media – we called it “new media” then – HA! Now, this not-so-new media has eclipsed the colossal shift in advertising caused by computers 25 years ago. I’m curious about new industries. I’m curious about what makes a link get clicked. I’m curious about the next big design trend.
