pawTree was just launching as a company when we got involved. While we were thinking through the logic of the website, we were also developing the brand aesthetic with fonts, color palettes and imagery that would be extended across web and print.
The company offers customized nutrition plans based on a simple to use pet profile system that helps take the guesswork out of choosing the right food for your pets.
Upon site launch, consumers were able to choose a pet food that met their pet’s needs and upload their pet’s picture that was then printed on a custom bag label before the food was shipped! For the last few years, we’ve continued to monitor, modify and update this website’s options.
We also researched different site users and how we could address their needs in the most efficient way.
The client wanted functions that weren’t widely available through plug-ins or “off-the-shelf” solutions, so we used wireframes, whiteboard sessions and flowcharts to identify any pitfalls in the website’s functionality.
Before applying brand elements, we created click-through wireframes of the different page templates in the site.
