Third Rail Lofts offers upscale apartments in downtown Dallas. The facilities actually take advantage of three adjacent renovated buildings, with different characteristics, in the heart of downtown.
URBAN CHIC – YET FUNCTIONAL
The website needed to build on the allure of downtown living, yet still be functional for those people actively searching for apartment space. The resulting site offered the ability to contact a leasing agent, see amenities, pick a floor plan or watch videos directly from the homepage. This served to hook users quickly into exploring the site.
COMPLETING THE LOOK
Although there was a large quantity of information to display, keeping the layout clean and modern was just as important in helping the user visualize themselves in an upscale urban setting. Modern fonts were overlayed on aspirational interior and exterior photography to complete the look.
